Music is part of people's identity. It is a language and also an expression. In Brazil, it also reflects a social condition of prejudice and racism in the cultural industry. On the other hand, music can also be an opportunity for space for new voices. However, these ones only echo if they are heard. The Spotify project “Abra seus Ouvidos” was born from this provocation. As narrative creators, we feel the uniqueness of this campaign which blends layers of expression, such as music and image, and also calls attention to the most important thing – opening our ears to the black voices.
